Homebrew - English Pale Ale

This was our third brew and we were feeling pretty confident now.

Ingredients: English Pale Ale, Extract kit from Brewer's Best
Brew:        12 Mar 2011

Ready:       10 Apr 2011 (14)
Summary:     Primary 15 days, Condition 14 days

Beer turned out ok, tasted a bit "homebrewy". We thought it would be more hoppy so plan to seek out a recipe that involved dry hopping for the future. We thought that maybe it was time to start using a secondary but our new bucket had the lager in it. The secondary would let us dry hop and get some of the yeasty flavor out of the beer.
